SOTG 574 - Who Owns Public Schools?

It is time for a gut check America, who owns our public schools? Who is supposed to be in charge of our public school system? Parents in New Jersey were forced to sue their local school district to stop them from indoctrinating and brainwashing their children.

Our SWAT Fuel Warrior of the Week has a question about caliber choices. Is it better to have firearms chambered in numerous calibers or to stick with a few standard cartridges. That’s a great topic and we are happy to discuss it.

Also, Paul will touch on reciprocity and the idea of the Wyoming Firearms Passport. Listen louder.

The Wyoming Concealed Firearm Permit Program started issuing permits in 1994. There are currently over 30,000 valid permit holders. A change to the Wyoming Concealed Firearm Permit State Statute in 2011 removed the requirement for Wyoming residents that wanted to carry a concealed firearm in our state from having a valid permit in order to carry a concealed firearm.

Concealed Firearm permit applications are available at each of the 23 county sheriff’s office locations and online (see below). Each applicant should apply in the county where they reside. Please check with your county sheriff’s office regarding payment. If payment is to be forwarded to DCI, personal checks and cash are not accepted. If you have a question about the Wyoming Concealed Firearm Permit Program please call (307) 777-7181 or e-mail [email protected].
The Wyoming concealed firearm permit statute provides that Wyoming will honor permits from other states, if:

    1. the other state recognizes Wyoming permits; and

    2. the permit from the other state is valid statewide.

Under our current law, if you are a permit holder from another state, if your permit is valid statewide and your state recognizes (or honors) Wyoming permits, you can carry a concealed firearm in Wyoming.

It is the sole responsibility for all concealed firearm permit holders to be aware of the requirements and laws of all states*. The permit issued by your state does not supersede any other state’s laws or regulations. Legal conduct in your state may not be legal in the state you are visiting.

Wyoming has reciprocity with the following states:  Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

When a school introduced its students to lessons about Islam, they promised parents that the curriculum was merely a tool to study the religion’s effects on the world. However, when two mothers discovered that their children had been forced to declare Islam as the one “true faith,” the furious mama bears delivered the perfect payback.

After Christian mothers Libby Hilsenrath and Nancy Gayer found out that their children were coerced into literally converting to Islam during propaganda disguised as learning tools, the school quickly realized that they had messed with the wrong moms. Unwilling to allow New Jersey’s Chatham Middle School to get away with shoving Islam, and only Islam, down their susceptible students’ throats, the irate parents stormed the school district’s school board meeting on February 6, demanding that the religious favoritism is halted immediately. Unfortunately, their protest failed. However, they had a plan B up their sleeves that the school never saw coming.

After the indignant mothers were ignored at the school board meeting, they filed a massive lawsuit against the middle school for violating their children’s religious rights and promoting a religious bias on taxpayer money. The Chatham Patch reports that the women have hired the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), which specializes in suing on behalf of Christians who are denied their First Amendment rights.

Still, the scorned mothers didn’t stop there. Just before filing the lawsuit, they cleverly publicized the school’s stealthy indoctrination, exposing the propagandized lessons on Fox News‘ “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”
