[Listen Louder | SOTG Radio] Will More Gun Laws Bring Back Morality and Handgun Bullets Too Slow?

Student of the Gun Icon

Saratoga, WY | Student of the Gun HQ-  This week Paul and Jarrad dive into everyone’s favorite topics; politics and religion. The guys start off discussing if more gun laws will bring back morality, and then ask if Christians and guns can go together. Also this week, they ask are handgun bullets too slow to stop a man with a rifle? Rounding out the week, Paul and Jarrad discuss what one sheriff is doing to train teachers in Florida after the recent school shooting.

All that and more on this week’s installment of Student Of The Gun Radio, Listen Louder!

Ep. 730 – Will More Gun Laws Bring Back Morality?

From where does morality originate? Do we have morality in society based upon the existing laws or do the laws reflect our own morality? Professor Paul has much to say about morality and how to stop a killer.

Our SWAT Fuel Warrior of the Week has a detailed question regarding the use of pistol caliber carbines, particularly the AR style version. Are they good for training and self-protection?

Also, during this week’s Quiet Time segment from Silencershop.com, we have a recommended reading selection for you. What happens when society lacks discipline? General George Patton understood the consequences of having an undisciplined nation. Listen louder.

Ep. 731 – Christians and Guns: Do They Go Together?

Do Christians and firearms belong together? Can a person be a faithful Christian and still support the inalienable right to keep and bear arms? We deal with this very emotionally challenged subject at length.

During our weekly Brownells Bullet Points, we will consider supporting businesses who understand liberty and freedom. Sadly, as we have seen too many times before, not everyone in the Shooting Sports Industry apparently understands the concept of individual liberty in a Republic.

For our SOTG Homeroom from Crossbreed Holsters, we will once again take a look at being dangerous on demand. One Washington homeowner was forced to be dangerous on demand when he discovered a burglar attempting to break into his children’s bedroom.

Ep. 731 Pt. 3 – Not Stupidity, Evil

We need to stop shrugging off evil as stupidity. When you deliberately lie in order to further a political agenda that is not ignorance or stupidity, that is evil.

A Republican Representative in Florida has apparently has forgotten his Oath of Office or never learned about the United States Constitution. You will never guess in what branch of military service he once served. Or, maybe you will.

One Sheriff is not waiting for more law or regulations and is taking steps to train teachers to properly use firearms. Professor Paul will put on his professional bodyguard hat and offer his personal take on what type of training is needed for our nation’s teachers.
