Saratoga, WY | Student of the Gun HQ- This week was a fun week on the show. We spent quite a while in the U.K., we talked about National Reciprocity, the differences between Muscles and Power (Powerlifting vs. Bodybuilding), we got some words of wisdom from the Modern Scholars that are the Kardashians, and a lot more. On this week’s episode of the SOTG Bonus Hour, we dove into the the YouTube Censorship and #UnbanJamesYeager. We know not everyone likes him, but you have to acknowledge that the shutting down of his channel was Wrong.
All that and more on this week’s installment of of Student Of The Gun Radio!
Ep. 702 – National Reciprocity: Gun Owners are Losers
Once again, National Reciprocity, that is, concealed carry reciprocity, is in the news. The reciprocity bill has passed through committee and is headed to the House floor for a vote. You would think that gun owners across America would be inspired; you would be wrong.
One crime plagued city in the United States has a new way to deal with that problem; ban bullet proof glass in privately owned businesses. Yes, you read that right. What kind of politician would propose such a law and what could their reasoning possibly be? Listen louder.
Ep. 703 – Guns are Bad: Hire Armed Security
Armed security is the solution to the questions of whether or not you should be able to own and carry a gun. Yes, according to Hollywood elites, guns are just too dangerous to have in your home, but armed security guards are a viable alternative.
During our Quiet Time Moment from SilencerShop.com, Professor Paul will consider the Man Cave versus the Study. What is the difference between the two? All genuine students of the gun will want to tune in and listen louder.
Ep. 704 -Anarchy in the U.K. & Powerlifting vs. Bodybuilding
What’s the difference between powerlifting and bodybuilding? Does it really matter and can we all get along? During our weekly Fighting Fitness segment, Jarrad discusses powerlifting, strength training and setting goals.
We have so much Anarchy in the U.K. that we might have a hard time squeezing it into one episode. The Muslim Mayor of London is back in the spotlight and he is fighting for social justice. The British Constabulary just wrapped up their “Surrender” campaign. We have some interstellar results from the event.
Ep. 705 – Accuracy International: Lessons Learned
Many of the may seen the controversy between Accuracy International the U.K. Standard news outlet. The gun blog world and the gun culture were fired up by what they perceived as a betrayal by the CEO of Accuracy International. What is the story? We have some insight.
During our SOTG Homeroom from Crossbreed Holsters, we will consider our carry guns and whether or not we change them based upon the season or the weather. Paul has some advice for armed citizens.
Don’t forget. You only have one week left to go to www.sotggiveaway.com and register to win the Fostech Outdoors DefendAR-15 inertia fire stock. Sign up now.
Ep. 705 Pt. 2 – Unban James Yeager: Random YouTube Censorship Continues
What does the YouTube censorship of James Yeager’s channel mean to you? Or, is this situation all about one person violating “Community Guidelines”? Perhaps you don’t care at all. Either way, we’ll address it here.
We have a couple of motivational music selections for you and Professor Paul will offer his take on the state of our youth. Does referring to whiny little millennial puke-bags as a “snowflakes” hurt their feelings? Should we refrain from doing so, for the sake of the children?
The U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 38 National Concealed Carry Reciprocity. Paul has a few suggestions to sort out the facts from bullcrap. Listen louder.
