Being a Student of the Gun is not just about beginner or novice level training. It is a never ending journey of education and self-improvement. Episodes will cover a variety of topics to include universal firearm safety rules, concealed carry, personal defense, low-light shooting, visible lasers - pros and cons, black rifle basics, home safety, making the right gear choices, where to train, effective practice tips, and much more. Weekly episodes will take the viewer on a diverse journey to the range and classroom, to firearms idustry events and training academies.

We'll travel across the nation, from coast to coast. Viewers will take a trip to the high desert outside of Prescott, Arizona to the famous Gunsite Academy and to New England to visit with the folks at S&W and SIG Arms Academies. They will travel with us to the Midwest to train at TDI in Ohio and Tactical Response in Tennessee.
